Data Retention Periods

Clear Retention Policy

  • Game Progress: Deleted with account
  • Analytics Data: Retained for 90 days maximum, then anonymized
  • Crash Reports: Retained for 30 days, then deleted

Console Crew apps do NOT include ANY social networking features.

Payment Data Handling

  • Direct Storage: Console Crew does NOT directly collect, process, or store payment information
  • Third-Party Processors: Payment is handled exclusively by Google Play or app store payment systems
  • Parental Approval: For in-app purchases, parent/guardian must approve payment
  • Device Controls: Use device parental controls to restrict in-app purchases
  • Our Access: We only receive notification of purchase (not payment details)
  • Their Policies: See Google Play and your device's payment processor privacy policies

Data Breach Notification Policy

In Case of Data Breach

  • Immediate Action: We will investigate immediately upon discovery
  • Parent Notification: Parents/guardians will be notified via email within 48 hours if children's data is affected
  • Details Provided: Notification will include what data was affected and what steps we're taking
  • Authority Report: We will report to FTC if COPPA violation occurred
  • No Ransom: We will never pay ransoms; data security comes first
  • Contact: Breach notifications sent to email on account file

Data Security

Console Crew implements robust security measures including encryption, secure servers, regular security audits, and staff training on data protection protocols. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
